Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for hardware and software setup, technical training, maintenance and trouble-shooting and etc. after sales activities;

- Answer calls from customers and provide technical support;

- Carry out failure analysis and perform improvement works;

- Assist other duties assigned by Technical Manager.

Job requirements:

- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines;

- Good problem solving and communication skills;

- 1-2 years working experience;

- Working experience in car parking system, ELV system, CCTV system or computer service is an advantage;

- Driving license is preferable;

- Candidates with less experience or academic qualification will be considered.
